Any requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately.
A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project.
This ensures efficient resource allocation and a smooth workflow.

Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of the project.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, incomplete content, or delayed approvals) may impact delivery schedules.
All information shared with us will be treated as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose, share, or distribute your information to any third party without prior consent.
Each project includes 1 month of free support after delivery.
Free support covers minor changes only (e.g., text edits, color adjustments, and image updates).
Requests for additional functionality during this period are not included in free support and will be charged separately, based on requirements.
After the free support period ends, all modifications and updates will be billed separately.
Charges will be calculated depending on the scope and nature of your request.
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables.
All Next Ver retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required information may extend the project timeline.
All Next Ver will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If the project is terminated by the client after commencement, the upfront payment is non-refundable, and any completed work will be billed accordingly.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
